"Senior Cisco Networking Engineer SME with strong experience in various Cisco network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, VoIP/Call Manager). Experience in Cisco Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers) * Installation, configuration and very strong troubleshooting experience in Cisco devices. * Experience in Voice, WAN, Wireless, Firewall & Site Networks maintenance Datacenter support. * Must be proficient in OSPF and EIGRP Protocols. * Must be proficient in SAS and ACL. * Good in drawing network architecture. * Good in NW Architecture analysis and trobleshooting * Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations * Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability * Monitor system resource utilization, trending and capacity planning Certification - CCNA & CCNP Experience in Voice (VOIP/ Call Manager) if of additional advantage * Provide telecom support including issue resolution, problem management, moves, adds, and changes * Configure and troubleshoot all aspects of Cisco Unified Call Manager platform. * Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications related technologies which include, * UCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Jabber, VCS / Expressway, UCCX, Emergency Responder, and Voice Gateways. * Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability * Upgrades to all supported VoIP / UC systems. * Monitoring of Managed Services UC customers via network monitoring software. * Current CCNP Voice/Collaboration certification is desired. * Strong knowledge and extensive experience in dial plan designs and implementation. * Solid experience with IP routing / switching and QoS. * Solid experience with voice gateways: MGCP, SIP, H. 323, SCCP. * Some experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, including UC Manager integration. * Prefer experience with UCCX Finesse gadgets integration and customization. * Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues with in SLA. * Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure * Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the Watts Water security team * Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution * Flexible to work on critical issues on a 24x7
