C# .Net SQL Developer/ Engineer - Commodity Trading - Contra...

Harrington Starr are currently working with a large global commodity trader who is looking to build out their front office trading platform to deal with the major increase in trading on their oil's and metals desks.

As the Senior C#.NET Full stack developer you will be working with a range of bespoke built systems for trading a range of Commodities products. This willinvolve working across a range of development desk and portfolio's and working directly with the business and their customers. Each developer is responsible for the full development lifecycle so experience with TDD and continuous integration will be a core part of the role.

As the C# Full stack developer you will have experience with WPF, WCF and C#.NET including strong development experience covering ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, LESS, MVC. This role is for a developer who loves technology and not interested in cutting corners. A C# Developer that enjoys the hard challenges of a technical environment, someone who is passionate about technology and a regular contributes to open source projects or involved in blogs.

Key skills required:

Commodities knowledge with the following:

• Oil
• presious metals
• Gas
• Futures & Options
• FX

C#.NET Development

• Experience with WPF and WCF.
• Middleware technologies such as NServiceBus, RabbitMQ

* Server side C#.NET Development * Excellent Academic background in Science, Numerical or Engineering discipline.

• Knowledge or Interest in FX or Equities Financial services SQL Server 2012, 2014, T-SQL, Design and Development, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET, C#, SQL, SQL Server, Html, Javascript, CSS, LESS, MVC, ASP.NET.
