We are seeking a Brand and Communications Manager to help us tell our story with consistency and authenticity. In this position, you will play a leading role in the evolution of the Cook Ross brand, as we meet the challenges of this moment and grow into the future. This is an exciting opportunity for a communication professional with a passion for making workplaces more inclusive, diverse, equitable, and accessible. Responsibilities:
Brand Quality and Management
Promote uniformity and consistency of the Cook Ross Brand

Develop Brand Standards

Provide and Design collateral for products and services and internal projects

Ensures all marketing and communication materials are integrated with our current SharePoint and Salesforce technologies

Lead the quality assurance process for all outbound communications

Communications
Partner with the leadership team to ensure consistent and engaging communication across the organization

Establish clear messaging for the company aligned with our organizational vision, mission, and values

Maintain Cook Ross internal and external editorial calendar

Write original content and edit content created by Cook Ross Team members

Develop content marketing language for the organization’s products and services

Develop strategies for communicating with stakeholders and facilitating conversations that align the entire team on our Cook Ross philosophy, key content definitions, and concepts, that helps align our collective voice in the marketplace

Support team members with outside presentations, interviews, and keynotes by providing research, talking points and edits to final pieces

Marketing
Develop, manage, and implement Cook Ross’ marketing initiatives

Work closely with Cook Ross colleagues via collaborative planning and implementation of all marketing and communication activities

Oversee and manage our digital presence including all website content and graphic/visual design for internal and external projects

Oversee all social media creation and management

Track monitor and report on all marketing effort analytics (including website, email campaigns, social media) and recommend strategies for improvement

Proactively assess and recommend new and emerging technologies and strategies that support our brand and business goals

Requirements:
4-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field

Experience with organizational diversity and inclusion work

Experience creating and implementing a brand identity

Experience developing and delivering a content strategy, including blogging, social media, and thought leadership

Excellent copy-editing skills

Understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with graphic designers
