Backend Java Developer - DUTCH SPEAKERS ONLY - REMOTE

Java Developer is required by professional services client of mine to join their business on a long term contract basis. This position is based in Amsterdam (remote) and is offering EUR450 - EUR500/day (depending on experience).

In this role you will build Back End applications/features in the cloud while always striving for the best code quality and applying security measures.

Your main tasks are:

• "You build it, you run it": designing, coding, testing, deploying, implementing new components and doing day-to-day operations of all our Back End components.
• Identifying bottlenecks and improving the system to make it more robust, scalable and work fluently.
• Sharing knowledge with our other Back End developers and together making sure our platform grows and moves in the right direction.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience with Java 8/11, Spring and Amazon Web Services. Experience with Java 11 is a great advantage. You should be familiar with CI/CD, Security and REST.
• You to have a team-oriented Agile mindset and experience with Scrum and DevOps.
