Our Soho based client are in need of a Back-End Developer for a project they just took on, the right candidate will be someone who is flexible working fromthe office with some supported remote working.
Duration:
Contract 3 months (12 weeks, excluding Christmas week when the office will be shut), with the option to extend Looking to start work within the next 10-15 days Specification:
Mid-level to Senior BACK-END developer Participating in the design and creation of scalable software Writing clean, functional code on the back-end Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. Comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you. Responsibilities:
Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Server-side architecture Build efficient applications through appealing visual design Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Write technical documentation Work with data and analysts to improve software Requirements:
Proven experience as a BACK END Developer Experience developing desktop and mobile responsive projects (gated hub platform with two stage authentication and two site authentication) Familiarity with common stacks Knowledge of multiple languages and libraries Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) Familiarity with databases, web servers Excellent communication and teamwork skills Great attention to detail Organizational skills An analytical mind Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field Get in touch on:
