HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $25 - $40 USD / HR

Braintrust (usebraintrust.com) is a user-controlled talent network, where you keep 100% of what you earn and actually get to own the platform. We've been onboarding some big clients and specifically need a Back End Developer for our client.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
With more projects on the roadmap than ever before our client is ramping up their development efforts once again. You will have the opportunity to help build out their core technology and integrate with nonprofit and crypto industry leading products. This role will work closely with the co-founders to design and build new features and integrations for some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the world. As with most startups, your work will vary day to day, so no two days will be the same. If it’s a good fit, you will have the opportunity for leadership roles.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Work with founders and senior leadership to bring ideas to life
Continue developing the core product and infrastructure
Integrations with their ecosystem partners (CRMs, payment processors and fundraising platforms)
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Backend developer with 5+ years of experience in NodeJS and TypeScript
Experience with non-profits and/or financial services a plus; no prior experience required in blockchain/cryptocurrency required

ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS:
