Azure DevOps Engineer

This opening is for an Azure DevOps Engineer with an emphasis on Security. Experience with Azure security resource is a PLUS. In this full-time permanent position, you will work alongside an engineering team on client projects in an Azure environment. Candidates should have previous experience building in Azure DevOps and the capability to be both hands-on and client-facing.

Responsibilities:

• Building infrastructure inside Azure via code
• Configuration Management (Chef) and Continuous Integration (Jenkins)
• Implementing and debugging workloads in Azure
• Utilizing Azure Resource Management Templates
• Automating deployment processes

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• 2+ years of experience in Azure migration, DevOps, or administration
• 2+ years of experience with cloud automation and scripting
• 2+ years of experience creating deployment scripts (Chef) * Security+ or equivalent certification
• Experience/knowledge of Azure Services such as Compute, Storage, Networking, Database, Management Tools, Security, Identity and Compliance
• Experience with Azure Portal, Azure Powershell, or Azure CLI
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Preferred:

• Azure Certification
• Experience with Windows and Linux
