Azure Devops Engineer (Remote)

My client are looking for an experienced Azure Devops Engineer to be part of the journey is building out their capability for data modelling and data management.

This person will be working with the existing Scrum Team to build the data catalog specific components with a focus on ensuring full automation for the project delivery.

The succesful Azure Devops Engineer will need the following experience:

• Experience in DevOps on Azure and Azure DevOps for Analytics Platform in Azure

• Extensive experience of developing using the Azure analytics components including HDInsight, VNETs, Data Lake Store, Power BI and Microsoft Visual Studio, Data Factory, Data Factory, SQL DB/DW and SSIS

• Fully conversant with Agile and DevOps development methodology and concepts as applied to data driven analytics projects. Including CI/CD Coding, security testing best practice and standards

• Must have experience writing scripts (PowerShell) to build and deploy environments using Infrastructure-as-Code, along with Azure DevOps experience

The succesful Azure Devops Engineer will be required to be in their Reading office 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days a week.
