• This project confirmed through EOY – may extend contract if unable to convert, or conversion would occur before EOY
• Strong java/python developer on AWS platform

• No infrastructure work * Team of 6 in Multifamily
• Rest web services
• Fannie Mae Multifamily would be a plus – not that important as this is a development position
• Angular/UI experience would be nice to have for other applications and projects once this is done (not being used in this position)
• Java more important for general role, python more important for ML role
• For Machine Learning role:

• Most other experience is less important as long as they’re strong with Sagemaker or Spark
• Spark experience would work in place of Sagemaker
• Someone who has developed models, and used them (likely in python – Java works, too)
