Awesome WordPress Designer / Developer for Website Rebrandin... (Remote)

We are…

An Academic & ADHD coaching practice that was founded in 2013 to help teens earn better grades with less stress by improving their mindset, organization, time management, and study skills.

We just completed a rebranding process, and are looking for an awesome website developerto bring our new branding and messaging to life by turning it into a high-performing WordPress website that will replace our current outdated site with a clean and modern site our team is proudto share. This new site should clearly communicate what we do and how we do it, up-level our brand with a clean, modern look that gives us more credibility and authenticity, and increase our opt-in rates and conversion rates for initial consultations.

The ideal candidate for this site will have prior experience creating high-performing websites and/or sales pages for other coaches, psychologists, educational consultants, or related professionals and be able to share before & after pictures and statistics from previous sites you have developed that demonstrate your ability to uplevel a brand’s visual identity and increase their website’s ability to generate leads and/or revenue.

The Position…

You would be joining our team as an independent contractor on a part-time basis to create a new WordPress website to clearly communicate our new brand. We will provide you with a complete branding guide, messaging, content, and a clear vision of exactly what we are looking for. You will be joining our small, close-knit and highly collaborative team to provide the technical and design expertise we need to bring this vision to life!

The new site should be designed using a WordPress page builder that makes it easy for our marketing manager to add new content and make future updates to the site as needed. The rebranded site can be built from scratch or using a template if you have or can find one that is a good fit for our needs.

A draft version of the new website needs to be ready for us to share with a small group of team members, clients, and partners by 10/12. The full website with all the content from our existing site moved over and feedback from our site testers integrated should be completed and ready for the official release by 11/30/19.

Your responsibilitiesduring this project will include…

• Building our website in WordPress with provided content, branding elements, messaging and vision of what we want for each page
• Ensuring site is optimized (fast load times, mobile-friendly, etc.)
• Implementing SEO best practices
• Creating our DRAFT site on a temporary domain, and migrating it to our existing URL once it is finalized
• Moving all content from our EXISTING site to our NEW site
• Integrating website opt-in forms with Ontraport
• Embedding scheduling pages from Acuity so clients can book appointments online

• Communication - Excellent at following directions. Prefer to ask questions immediately if instructions or expectations are unclear, rather than rush forward with incomplete information and risk making a mistake. Exceptional written and spoken English skills; native or fluent speaker.
• Appreciation of Beauty + Excellence - Internally motivated, and committed to doingexcellenthigh-quality work, even when no one is watching. Good eye for design; love to create designs that are simple, beautiful, andfunctional.
• Performance-driven mindset - Strive to create high-performance sites that achieve greatresults. Fascinated by the psychology of effective site design, and always trying to learn more about how and why certain changes impact opt-in conversions and purchase rates. Knows every audience is different and believes in testing different approaches to find out what reallyworks rather than making assumptions.
