Responsibilities and Duties
Gather requirements for Automation Identify and finalize applications that can be installed in automated manner
Develop Automation scripts for deployment Automation
Create additional scripts and related configurations if manually jobs need to be migrated
Develop handbook on automation procedures Validation of applications installed via automation
Resolution of any issues in Deployment automation
Perform high level smoke testing including connectivity testing with vendors and other interfaces Coordination of sign off from stakeholders
Identify the areas which can be automated
Will be involved in designing and developing the reusable test automation frameworks
Develop and execute the automation testing scripts
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Key Skills
Strong experience in at least one BDD language implementation such as JBehave/ Cucumber/ Selenium etc * Should have experience in JavaScript and frameworks such as NodeJS/ ReactJS * Should have experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks * Knowledge of cash management, reconciliation's domain is an added advantage * Working in DevOps model is an added advantage * Good exposure to SQL & Unix * Exposure to database
Required Experience and Qualifications Engineering Graduate with computer science / Information Technology background
