Application Developer (Angular) /IT Analyst- Sacramento, CA - 1 year long contract, with possible extension and with possible direct hire)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Government client's Application Development team is lookin for a well rounded Contract developer to work on several projects. Some of the work will include CUBS Billing Portal Phase II, General Services Printing/publishing request application, and more.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

  • Experience with AngularJS, .NET Core (C#), Visual Studio, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Extensive, recent experience with a distributed source control system, preferably Git
  • Experience with SQL Server development, including intermediate to advanced skill in Transact SQL
  • Understands Single Page Application Architecture.
  • Understands common patterns (MVC, MVVM). 
  • Experience with Microsoft MVC. 
  • Experience with Apple Mobile App Store and Android App store code signing and deployments. 
A PLUS:
  • Experience with Xamarin mobile app Development A PLUS. 

Position Description

  • Performs with distinction as a well-rounded software developer
  • Develops new features in a complex, object oriented, multi-tier or Web applications
  • Able to work with modern security authentication managers and protocols such as SAML / OAuth / Certificate Authorization.
  • Translate business requirements and established architectural patterns into detailed designs.
  • Develops enhancements and support services on existing code and understands the customer business process to troubleshoot reported problems.
  • Performs all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Functional Requirements
  • Proficient at gathering, documenting, and clarifying software requirements
  • Able to work with minimal supervision to deliver a quality software product on time and on budget
  • Possesses clear, concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintains a positive, can-do attitude
  • Possesses a high regard for customer satisfaction
  • Maintains excellent reliability and attendance habits
  • Willing to work on site in downtown Sacramento, but remote work (1 week on site, 1 week from home, alternate weeks) possible due to COVID-19 related State recommendations.
Special Notes:
  • Work schedule during COVID will be on site every other week. After COVID restrictions have lifted will be on site 100%
  • Candidate must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check before starting work
  • Our client would like to interview candidates who are eligible to apply to their full-time job as the end of the contract (& they do not sponsor)
