Android Developer
£350 - £400 per day – Remote Work
£400 - £450 per day – Office Base (Yorkshire)
3 - month contract – possible extension
I am currently working with a specialist IT Software and Hardware company in Yorkshire who are looking to recruit an Android Developer to help them launch an app that supplements their main product line.
The Android Developer will be expected to:
- Redevelop aspects of a phase 1 app due to the recent integration of low-level Bluetooth for the most up-to-date smartphones
- Fix bugs and implement UI from phase 1 of the project on current app
- Help to launch phase 1 app
- Developing phase 2 on current app
- Work alongside iOS Developer throughout these functions
- Write code to fix bugs on the app
To be considered for the Android Developer role you must have the following skills:
- React Native to share the UI across iOS and Android.
- Knowledge in low-level Bluetooth and have necessary hardware debug skills to enable our app to work on a BLE device, that previously worked on a Classic Bluetooth device
