2nd Line Support Engineer - Windows, Cisco, EMC SAN - London - I am currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to start immediately for my client based in London. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing 2nd line support both remotely and customer facing in a busy environment. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer to gain exposure to some cutting edge technology while working for an exciting, growing organisation.

Key skills

• Windows & Linux servers – these are understood by their developers
• Cisco network – the WAN has 3rd party support
• EMC SANs – these are supported by a 3rd party
• Windows PCs
• PDAs (the bespoke application that runs on these has 3rd-party support)
• Desktop software includes:
• Windows 10, Office 365
• RSS – our bespoke CRM – the developer can support this.

Rate for this opportunity is £200 per day!
