1st Line Support Engineer / Contract / Brighton

GCS have just taken on a number of exciting technical openings with a world renowned organisation based in the heart of Brighton. The role will be offered to run up until the end of March and will likely extend.

Providing predominantly 1st line IT support to their employees and employees of other partner agencies across a variety of IT Systems and environments. You will be the first point of contact for the customer, an attention to detail is essential when triaging and logging their ICT issue, as is a friendly and professional phone manner.

Experience of using ITSM Tools logging of incidents and service requests- SupportWorks is the tool we use.
Knowledge of Active Directory
Familiarity and ability to Rebuild Citrix & Windows Profiles
Knowledge of troubleshooting applications.
1st Line Knowledge of Cisco Phone Systems, how the deskphones operate, hunt groups and resetting.
Good working knowledge of Office 2010
Knowledge of SharePoint 2013
Knowledge of Smartphone Management Systems - Airwatch or similar.
Knowledge of Windows Smartphones
Knowledge of ITIL Process Mythologies
Recent 1st Line Service Desk Experience within a large organisation preferred
