Marathon TS is seeking a Remote ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The engineers shall, in part, focus on programing, modernizing and automating and engineering development tasks, implementation, data, engineering tasks in cloud environments. You will be part of an integrated project team in charge of delivering scalable and secure systems. You will use user-centered and agile methodologies to build and continuously deploy the server and client-side solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Application UI Configuration and customization
- Workflow Configuration and customization
- Development of client specific reporting and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and Support ServiceNow based Applications and Systems
- Participate in ongoing production support and end user support to include account/group administration.
Required Experience:
- At least 5+ years strong working knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture, especially modules such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
- Prior experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Familiar with the preparation, implementation, and testing of ServiceNow upgrades
- Demonstrated understanding of the development lifecycle
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance, and release methodologies
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
- Understanding of Web technologies like HTML, XML, and JavaScript
- Ability to work directly with internal (IT) and external clients " Capable of independently working to deliver within a tight schedule,
- ServiceNow Application Developer or ServiceNow Administration Certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering
- Per Contract Requirements, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Experience:
- Work with Human centered design and/or User centered design
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Experience working with and building Continuous Integration projects
- Experience working with AWS (S3, EC2, VPC, etc.)
