100% Remote Role: Pega Developer

No CPT or OPT

If they only have version 6 there contract will be until September.  If they have Version 6/7/8 they could potentially extend into phase 2 of the project which would go into 2021

• Extensive development experience with Pega 6 (Newer versions are not better - Must be version 6!)
• If they have version 7/8 in addition to version 6 then they could stay on contract through phase 2 of the project - upgrading application to v8
• COMMUNICATION - If communication is poor they aren't a fit
• This entire team sits remote and is moving towards Agile so communication is extremely important

• DB2

Education & Certifications: n/a 
Daily Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for complex program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
• Ensure user experience considerations are incorporated into the program design and delivered solution.
• Support applications with n-tier architectures with a solid understanding of Services Oriented Architecture.
• Develop and integrate complex application code to meet the design specifications for moderate to complex enhancements or change requests.
• Perform thorough unit testing and correct identified defects.
• Work with the testing team to resolve issues and to ensure software quality.
• Provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing development and service issues.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs.
• Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle Standards (SDLCS) and all applicable Data and Technology Services Policies and Standards.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
