Lawbite needed a complete redesign of their formerly desktop only web app in order to launch it on iOS and Android. My role on the project was to take the existing web app (never built with mobile in mind) and work alongside the design and development teams to convert it to a more mobile friendly format. 

This was achieved using Figma, Tailwind CSS and Ruby on Rails, with some exposure to StimulusJS.

The result was a fully functional responsive redesign that was ready to be launched on iOS and Android stores in time for the platform's V2 launch.

Pandle

Pandle is a bookkeeping app commissioned by a Canary Wharf and Wirral based accountancy practice, in active development since 2015. As features were added or updated, it became apparent that design inconsistencies were starting to creep in. In addition to this, as individual views became more complex, more and more code was being repeated to add additional UI elements.

The project's goals were:
- Minimize introduction of design inconsistencies across the Pandle UI as new features are added
- Promote and support DRY (don't repeat yourself) coding practices
- Create a "living" style guide where all components can be viewed and edited in a single location

•	Worked with Assistant Director of Digital Services to define and deliver IOT and data product portfolio advancing Council's smart city initiatives and climate action plan commitments.
•	Led requirements gathering across seven Council Directorates, ensuring alignment with the data, digital, and technology (DDaT) strategies to create cohesive, user-focused roadmap for 20 IOT, AI, and data products.
•	Documented user requirements and prioritising based on business strategy and goals, establishing OKRs aligned to organisation's KPIs and business needs, putting in place plans to track progress through data to ensure improvement in service delivery.
•	Improved internal agile process for digital products portfolio management, use-case feasibility planning, product lifecycle planning, and identifying change management requirements.
•	Delivered technical direction, including specifications and infrastructure budget planning for digital product funding application for £4 million project.

•	Lead the development and implementation of the technical strategy including managing the technology roadmap for the Alliance.

•	Led the delivery of multiple software projects to key clients working with the Product Director to implement agile processes along with a streamlined devops.
•	Delivered continuous improvement enhancements by setting up process and templates for projects specs, testing and acceptance criteria, for each feature and release, aligning deliverables and ensuring coherence across technology, customer service, and content development teams.

•	Devised the Arab Image Foundation’s (AIF) short- and long-term technical strategy to optimise digital systems, including asset management systems and websites, linked to the various archival collections.
•	Ensured the compatibility between AIF’s database system and online platforms, including documentation of development processes and procedures, and adoption of relevant metadata standards.
