Led development on a year-long project to take an existing large microservice-based codebase and provide substantial new functionality to an existing product that was not, prior to the project, ready for the UK market. Being an OSS application, the development involved multiple developers across multiple organisations. Provided value to the team by supplying guidance and mentorship to other developers unfamiliar with the domain, performed structural planning of, and oversaw development of, interacting microservices to guarantee coherence and ensured development adhered to stakeholders requirements throughout.
