We understand that it can be difficult to trust a new brand, and sometimes we won't be able to find you a suitable candidate. The best ways to improve your chances of hiring are:

• Include a long description (at least 200 words) with keywords for the main skills. Try to avoid waffle. This will improve SEO, and Google will drive more traffic to the position.
