I am an experienced software developer. Skilled include analyzing data, gathering information, identifying action/solutions, developing/managing project plans including risk management, and ensuring project plan is delivered on time. Designing prototypes and assisting with usability testing, developing and executing test scenarios, complying with regulatory requirements, releasing products to production, and maintaining product releases through modern software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile-Scrum, RAD). I've worked for a variety of IT-related companies, in project management roles and have 14 years of experience.
Most recently I was a manager at the Finance-Bank industry and lead a team for a core banking system transformation and migration from mainframe systems into distributed systems with new technologies (.NET Core, .NET 5-6, C#.Net, ASP.NET, WPF, SQL Server, Oracle, Microservices, Angular, Azure, Logic Apps, Service Bus, D365, Power Apps).
Involved the Vakifbank VIT (Vakifbank Innovative Transformation) core banking system transformation from mainframe systems into distributed systems. Redesigned the existing payment system which integrated with more than 500 payment companies (electric, water, gas, university, tax) into a dynamic payment system, including multiple payment types (credit card, debit card, cash) via all payment channels (internet, mobile banking, branch, ATM). Integrated direct debit system for regular payments. The system has the capability to handle 1M transactions, multithreaded at a single run with improved performance and efficiency. Participated in recruiting activities. Improvements were made using WPF, WCF, C#.NET, .NET Core, Oracle, MVVM, MVC, TFS, ALM.
Managed the digital transformation for this leading provider of technology solutions for the healthcare sector. Moved core data, converted content as necessary, and mitigated risks. Improvements were made using C#.NET, .NET Core, Angular, Power Designer, MVC, SQL Server.

- Maintain existing code while developing new features
Developed the user training and follow-up system by integrating the KPI and performance analysis for the members and improvement progress charts.
- Developed the new mobile middleware with the Post Office with integrating the current money exchange operations and added new features in 4 months.
- Implemented new features, resolved performance bugs and improved the app fabric cache performance of the main system for the Post Office Travel Money Card / Travel Money Order / JLP Money Exchange / Santander Money Exchange and Bank of Ireland Money Exchange systems.
- Implemented the new transformation of the back office, branch data management, stock management and reference data management, stock data management and rates data management systems.
